About.
CREATIVITY IS SIMPLY A MIND SET FREE.
My name is Nina.
I grew up up in small town north of Pittsburgh with an abundance of three things: classical piano, Aerosmith, & Italian food. But, like in any musical household, other forms of art positioned themselves in my life in different ways. My aunt is a gifted artist, painter, and illustrator, and taught me to see things from an aesthetic standpoint at an early age. My dad, while first and foremost a guitar player, was a renowned stained glass artist.
While I dabbled in fine art throughout high school, I had an equally piqued interest in technology, but it wasn’t until college that I combined the two. After attending NYU for classical piano performance, I finished my undergrad in music technology at Duquesne University and went on to obtain a Masters Degree in Multimedia.
After college, I spent the next few years honing my skills as a web & graphic designer for iHeart Radio, The Pittsburgh Symphony, and lastly as a lead designer at Giant Ideas, a top Pittsburgh advertising agency. In 2011, I felt an undeniable tug from the universe to branch out on my own. Incorporating my expertise in music, film and design, I formed a one stop shop with the intention to help small businesses find their voice and unlock their potential. And that is how Minor Keys Media was born.

Nina is one of the most talented young professionals in any industry. Whether its multimedia, web design, coordinating, project management, acting, singing, piano: You name it, she can probably do it. She also knows how to have the time of her life while getting the job done. Her fun attitude and wide range of skills have allowed her to work on big projects with big names. She is one to watch for, as her continued success is sure to put her on the map – Mark Johanson
As a professional musician, creativity is the backbone of my business. Nina not only developed a site that hits the core of my personality, but also makes me standout amongst an ocean of web mediocrity. She is a true artist. – Freddie Nelson
